Condition: New directly from HP overstock. 

These were purchased bulk by a large insurance company then the order was cancelled.  They come in bulk packaging not retail. They have a identification sticker on the back from the insurance company (easily peeled off if you don't like that).  What you see in the pictures is what you will receive.

Contents:  iPAQ RZ1710, Charger and Sync cable combo, Sylus (pen for touch screen),  2GB SD memory card, and Leather Case(Everything as seen in photos)

The iPAQ comes preloaded with Windows Mobile which you can sync with your computer for planning, file storage, email, MP3 music, media (Movie) playing, etc. 

To sync this with your computer you will need to install Microsoft SYNC on your PC (free to download from Microsoft!)
